Jack Chin interviewed by KJZZ Radio on why Trump Administration wants to stop DACA

A federal judge ruled that protections must stay in place for those who hold DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) permits and that the government must resume accepting new applications. It’s the third ruling this year from a federal judge against the Trump administration’s rollback of DACA — but its the first ruling requiring the government to also accept new applications.

But it doesn’t go into effect immediately.
